Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week digital home exercise program, with or without personal coaching, can help adults aged 65 and older become more physically active after total hip replacement. About 213 participants will be randomly assigned to the digital program, the program plus coaching, or usual care. Their daily steps and walking distance will be measured before and after the program to see which approach works best.
