Summary
This study looked at whether strengthening the hip abductor muscles (muscles that move your leg out to the side) can help people with piriformis syndrome, a condition that causes buttock and leg pain. 48 adults with mild to moderate pain did these exercises for 4 weeks. Researchers measured changes in pain, movement, and daily function to see if this simple approach works.
