Summary
This study looked at whether doing hip abductor strengthening exercises could help people with piriformis syndrome feel less pain and move better. 48 adults with the condition took part. The exercises focused on strengthening muscles that move the leg away from the body. The goal was to see if this approach could improve daily function and reduce discomfort.
