Exercise program aims to protect hearts of young cancer survivors

Summary
This study tests a 6-month program of supervised exercise, heart risk management, and online support for young cancer survivors (ages 18-45) who have mild heart dysfunction after cancer treatment. The goal is to see if this program improves fitness, heart function, and quality of life compared to standard advice. 336 participants will be followed for up to 2 years.
