Summary
This study collects tumor samples from 50 adults with low- or high-grade glioma to grow mini-tumors (organoids) in the lab. Researchers will compare these organoids to the original tumors to learn why gliomas are hard to treat. The goal is to create personalized 'avatars' for testing new therapies, but this study does not offer a direct treatment.
