Can short, intense workouts beat traditional exercise for stroke recovery?

NCT ID NCT07456956

Summary

This study is testing two different exercise programs to see which is better at helping people recover muscle and function after a recent stroke. Researchers will compare short bursts of high-intensity exercise (HIIT) with longer, moderate-paced exercise (MCIT). The goal is to see which approach best improves muscle mass, strength, walking ability, and overall quality of life for stroke survivors.
