First seen Mar 14, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at whether high-intensity interval training (short, intense exercise bursts) or moderate-intensity continuous training (steady, moderate exercise) better helps stroke survivors who have lost muscle mass. Researchers will measure changes in muscle thickness, strength, walking ability, and quality of life in 32 participants. The goal is to find the best exercise approach to improve recovery after a stroke.
