Summary
This study aimed to find out which of two popular high-intensity training methods works better to improve athletic performance in teenage female volleyball players. Researchers compared High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with High-Intensity Functional Training (HIFT) over 12 weeks. They measured changes in jumping ability, speed, agility, and volleyball skills in 32 young athletes.
