Summary
This study compares two types of exercise—high intensity interval training and intermittent functional training—to see which better improves heart fitness, physical function, and thinking in people who have had a stroke. About 52 adults aged 50-75 who had a stroke at least 6 months ago and can walk with some help will take part. The goal is to find the best rehab approach to help stroke survivors recover more fully.
