Summary
This study compares two exercise programs—high intensity interval training and intermittent functional training—to see which better improves heart health, physical function, and thinking in people who have had a stroke. About 52 adults aged 50-75 who had a stroke more than 6 months ago will participate. The goal is to find the best way to help stroke survivors recover and improve their quality of life.
