This study looks at two types of exercise—high intensity interval training and intermittent functional training—to see which one better helps stroke survivors improve their heart fitness, physical abilities, and thinking skills. About 52 adults aged 50-75 who had a stroke at least 6 months ago will take part. The goal is to find the most effective way to support recovery and quality of life after a stroke.
