First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at whether high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can help reduce fatigue in people who have had a stroke. Sixty adults aged 40-80 who have had a stroke in the past 6 months to 5 years will be placed into one of three groups: HIIT, moderate exercise, or stretching. They will exercise three times a week for 12 weeks, and researchers will track their fatigue levels and other health markers.
