First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can help reduce severe tiredness in people who had a stroke 6 months to 5 years ago. Sixty adults aged 40-80 will be split into three groups: HIIT, moderate exercise, or stretching. They will exercise three times a week for 12 weeks, and researchers will measure fatigue levels and other health markers at several points during and after the program.
