Summary
This study tests whether a herbal medicine called STW 5-II can reduce gut inflammation and relieve symptoms like bloating and stomach pain in people with functional dyspepsia. About 100 adults recently diagnosed with this condition will take either STW 5-II or a placebo for 8 weeks. Researchers will check gut tissue samples and track symptom changes to see if the treatment helps.
