Summary
This study tests a combination of herbs (Melats P) in 116 women aged 18-40 with PCOS and insulin resistance. The goal is to see if the treatment can restore regular periods and ovulation, helping overcome infertility. Participants will be monitored for 4 months using ultrasound and blood tests.
