NCT ID NCT06205030
First seen Aug 10, 2026 · Last updated Aug 11, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This trial investigates whether a traditional herbal drug, NOSHIN SHAHD, can improve insulin resistance and reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in people with type 2 diabetes. Participants will take the herbal drug or a placebo for about six weeks, and researchers will measure changes in blood sugar control, inflammatory markers, and antioxidant levels. The study aims to see if this herbal approach could complement standard diabetes care.
