Summary
This study tests whether using a special PET scan (HER2-PET/CT) can help doctors personalize chemotherapy for early-stage HER2-positive breast cancer. After two cycles of treatment, the scan shows how well the tumor responds, allowing some patients to get stronger treatment and others to get less. The goal is to improve the chance of eliminating all cancer before surgery while reducing unnecessary side effects.
