Summary
This study offered a quick hepatitis C test to 1,500 women aged 50-74 who were already coming in for breast cancer screening. The goal was to see how many women would agree to the extra test and to find undiagnosed hepatitis C cases. Women who tested positive were then guided to follow-up care.
