Summary

This study tested whether playing hemsball, a ball game, could help older men improve their balance, reduce fear of movement, and lower frailty. Eighty-six men aged 65 and older played hemsball for 8 weeks. Results showed better balance, less fear of movement, and reduced frailty compared to before the activity.
