Summary
This study looked at whether a game called hemsball can improve balance, reduce fear of movement, and lessen frailty in older men. 86 men aged 65 and older played hemsball for 60 minutes, three times a week, for eight weeks. The results showed that hemsball helped improve their balance and reduced both their fear of falling and frailty levels.
