Summary
This study is testing whether daily doses of hemp-derived cannabinoids can help reduce common symptoms of menopause and perimenopause. Researchers are recruiting 104 women aged 40-60 to take either the active product or a placebo for two months. They will track symptoms like hot flashes, mood changes, sleep quality, and memory through daily smartphone surveys and regular check-ins.
