Could hemp ease the change? new study tests natural relief for menopause
NCT ID NCT07393672
Summary
This study is testing whether daily doses of hemp-derived cannabinoids can reduce common symptoms of menopause and perimenopause. Researchers are recruiting 104 women aged 40-60 to take either the active product or a placebo for two months while tracking their symptoms, mood, sleep, and memory. The goal is to see if this natural compound can safely ease hot flashes, anxiety, poor sleep, and 'brain fog'.
