Summary
This study is testing whether daily doses of hemp-derived cannabinoids can help reduce common symptoms of menopause and perimenopause. Researchers are recruiting 104 women aged 40-60 to take either the active product or a placebo for two months. Participants will report on symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, anxiety, and sleep quality through daily smartphone surveys.
