Summary
This study tests how well different cooling methods (like cold towels or fans) protect the heart and body of healthy older adults during simulated heat waves. Researchers will measure body temperature and heart function in 100 volunteers aged 65 and older. The goal is to find simple ways to reduce heat-related health risks in seniors.
