Summary
This study looks at whether applying heat and giving abdominal massage twice a day for three days after hip fracture surgery can improve bowel function and mental well-being. 75 adult patients who have not had a bowel movement after surgery will receive the treatment. The goal is to see if these simple, drug-free methods can help patients feel better and get their digestive system working again.
