Summary
This study checks whether a single dose of the experimental drug balinatunfib changes the heart's electrical activity in 48 healthy adults aged 18 to 55. Participants receive the drug, a placebo, and another active drug in random order to compare effects. The goal is to ensure the drug is safe for the heart before moving to larger trials, not to treat any disease.
