Summary
This study aims to track the long-term health of over 4,000 Shanghai adults to understand how heart, kidney, and metabolic conditions develop and interact over time. Researchers will follow the same group of people originally examined in 2016-2017, checking their health periodically until 2035. The goal is to identify patterns and risk factors that lead to these common health problems.
