Summary
This study aims to better understand how heart conditions progress over time by having 5,000 adults with cardiovascular disease wear special monitoring devices. Participants will use wearable sensors that track heart rate, breathing, and other measurements while going about their daily lives. The research is purely observational and won't provide any treatment, but could help doctors understand these conditions better in the future.
