Summary
This study tests whether using a home blood pressure monitor and video doctor visits can help people living in rural areas better manage their heart failure. Researchers will enroll 32 adults with heart failure to see if this approach is practical and acceptable. The goal is to improve care without requiring frequent travel to a clinic.
