Summary
This study tests a new support program called HELP for family members who care for someone with heart failure. About 180 carers and 180 patients will take part across three UK sites. The program includes six weekly online sessions, a booklet, and a website to help carers manage their own health and better support their loved ones. Researchers will measure how the program affects carer burden, patient hospital visits, and quality of life.
