Can a computer nudge help heart failure patients get better meds?

NCT ID NCT06103565

First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This small pilot study tested whether alerts sent to pharmacists could help heart failure patients stick to their medications. Only 3 pharmacists took part. The goal was to see if the alert system was practical and useful, not to directly improve health. The study focused on measuring how often pharmacists acted on the alerts and whether they found the tool helpful.
