Summary
This study is testing different catheter ablation techniques to find the best approach for people who have both persistent atrial fibrillation (a type of irregular heartbeat) and heart failure. It involves 300 participants who have tried standard medications but still have symptoms. The goal is to see which procedure is most effective at reducing heart-related deaths, hospital visits, and the return of the irregular heartbeat.
