First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests a 12-week phone coaching program that uses positive psychology and motivational interviewing to help 280 heart failure patients improve their diet, exercise, and medication habits. Participants also receive text messages for up to 24 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach helps patients stick to their health routines better than standard education alone.
