First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests a 12-week phone coaching program for 280 adults with mild-to-moderate heart failure. The program uses positive psychology and motivational interviewing to help patients improve their diet, exercise, and medication habits. Participants also receive text messages for up to 24 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach leads to better daily activity, lower salt intake, and more consistent medication use.
