Summary
This study compares two different blood vessels used as grafts during heart bypass surgery in women. Researchers want to see whether using a vein from the leg (with a special 'no-touch' technique) or an artery from the arm stays open better over time. The goal is to improve long-term outcomes for women undergoing this common heart surgery.
