Summary
This study tests a community-based program called the Bridge Model to help people struggling with nicotine and substance use disorders. The program focuses on social needs like housing, jobs, and connections, not just quitting. Researchers will enroll 250 people in Ottawa and Toronto who are at risk of homelessness or have low income, and track their quality of life and tobacco use over a year.
