Free food vs. fitness: which better fights disease?

NCT ID NCT07126587

Summary

This study aims to see if providing free healthy prepared meals and nutrition education improves people's diets more than just getting exercise coaching. It will involve 120 adults from Anson County who have or are at risk for chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, or obesity. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the meal program or the exercise program first, then switch after four months, to compare the effects.
