Summary
This study looks at whether a 6-month family-focused group program can improve thinking skills (like focus and self-control) and weight in teens ages 13-17 who are overweight or have obesity. Ten teens and their caregivers will attend group sessions and complete tests before and after treatment. The goal is to see if the program helps both the mind and body.
