First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tested two simple ways to help toddlers (18-36 months old) who are picky eaters learn to like vegetables. One method paired veggies with a tasty dip, and the other had parents eat veggies alongside their child. The goal was to see if these methods were easy for families to use and if they helped children eat more vegetables. The study involved 41 families and lasted about 4 weeks.
