NCT ID NCT06877468
First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tested two simple ways to help picky toddlers (18-36 months) eat more vegetables. One method paired veggies with a tasty dip, the other had parents eat veggies alongside their child. 41 families tried these approaches for 4 weeks. The goal was to see if these methods are easy for families to use and if they actually increase kids' liking and intake of vegetables.
