Summary
This study tests whether starting nutritional counseling early in pregnancy can improve blood sugar control in women at risk for gestational diabetes. 150 pregnant women will receive either standard care or a personalized diet program starting in the first trimester. The goal is to see if early healthy eating habits can prevent or reduce diabetes-related complications.
