Summary

This study tests a program to help people with BRCA or Lynch syndrome mutations—and their families—lose weight and adopt healthier habits like better diet and more exercise. The goal is to see if these lifestyle changes can lower their risk of developing cancer. About 384 participants will take part in the program and be followed for 8 months.
