Summary

This study tests a program that helps people with BRCA+ or Lynch syndrome mutations lose weight and adopt healthier habits like better diet and more exercise. The goal is to see if these changes can lower their risk of developing cancer. About 384 participants and their family members are taking part in this research at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
