NCT ID NCT07157813
Summary
This study is testing whether a structured health coaching program can help patients in secure forensic psychiatric care improve their lifestyle and reduce their risk of heart disease. Fifty patients will be randomly assigned to receive either the health coaching sessions plus their usual care, or just their usual care. The program involves health screenings, personalized feedback, and supportive conversations to help patients set goals for diet, exercise, and smoking.
