Summary
This study is testing whether a structured health coaching program can help prevent heart disease in patients receiving compulsory forensic psychiatric care. It will involve 50 patients in Sweden, who will either receive the coaching plus usual care or just usual care. The program uses personal health feedback and motivational talks to encourage healthier eating, more exercise, and quitting smoking.
