First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week program focused on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management can improve fatigue, physical function, and quality of life in 30 adults with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis. Participants first undergo a 12-week observation period, then follow the structured program with supervised exercise sessions and meal support. Researchers will also check if lifestyle changes affect inflammation and immune markers.
