Summary

This study tests a 12-week lifestyle program for 30 adults with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS). The program focuses on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management. Researchers want to see if it can reduce fatigue and improve quality of life, and how it affects inflammation and immune markers. Participants will attend online exercise sessions, follow a meal plan, and log daily habits using a mobile app.
