Summary

This study compares two surgical techniques for repairing a torn aorta (aortic dissection) in 50 adults. Participants are randomly assigned to one surgery or the other. Researchers track who survives and who needs additional procedures over 3 years. The goal is to determine which approach is safer and more effective.
