Researchers probe why some headache patients get better relief than others
NCT ID NCT07487649
Summary
This study aims to understand why some people with medication-overuse headaches respond better than others to a specific nerve block injection. Researchers will observe 70 adults who receive an ultrasound-guided injection to block a nerve in the back of the head. They will collect information about patients' pain levels, medication use, and other health factors before and after the procedure to identify what influences treatment success.
