New Pre-Surgery drug cocktail aims to obliterate tumors

Summary
This study is testing whether giving new drug combinations before surgery can help shrink tumors in people with advanced head and neck cancer. The goal is to see if these pre-surgery treatments can kill more cancer cells, potentially leading to better long-term results. About 120 participants will receive one of three different drug regimens before their planned cancer-removal surgery.
