Summary

This study is testing new drug combinations given to patients before surgery for advanced head and neck cancer. The goal is to see if these drugs can shrink or eliminate the tumor, potentially leading to better surgical outcomes. The trial will involve 120 patients who have not yet received any cancer treatment and are eligible for surgery.
