Summary
This study tests a reduced-intensity treatment plan for adults aged 65 and older with head and neck cancer who are considered frail. Participants receive a personalized combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy based on their tumor markers, followed by radiation. The goal is to see if more patients can complete the full treatment course while controlling the disease.
